Introduction of Quality Assurance Unit

The Quality Assurance Unit is responsible for drafting, modifying, and revising various documents and records required for ensuring the quality of processes within the organization. These documents, including various execution methods, guidelines, and required forms for the organization’s processes, are designed and maintained in this unit according to specialized principles. The unit also follows up on matters related to the requirements of national and international standards, such as corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, certification audits, and annual audits, among other services.

The target audience for this unit includes all units within the company that affect the quality of intermediate and final products in the process. Generally, all stakeholders in the organization are considered as internal audiences. Additionally, this unit has extensive connections outside the organization, with the most important ones being in two areas:

Companies providing ISO certification services, including management, safety and health, environmental, energy, organizational excellence, information security, etc.
