The knowledge-based Navard va Tolide Ghataat Fooladi(Public corporation)0 has taken action to upgrade the strategic product of industrial dust collector for steel companies.

According to the public relations department of the steel parts production and rolling company, 4 dust collectors were installed in the melting process of 4 companies. The length of the dust collector device in the steel parts complex is 6.5 meters, its width is 2.5 meters and its height is 7.3 meters.

Amiri, the project manager of the dust collector device in the Navard va Tolide Ghataat Fooladi(Public corporation), described the technical features of the device and said, “The filtration area of the dust collector device is 650 square meters. The fan capacity is 50,000 cubic meters per hour and the static pressure of the fan is 350 millimeters of water.”

Amiri announced the motor power of the fan, which is 90 kilowatts and rotates at 900 revolutions per minute, and said, “Each dust collector has 320 filters and side hoods are used in these dust collectors.”

The project manager of the Navard va Tolide Ghataat Fooladi(Public corporation) also described the features of the duct collector device and said, “The weight of the dust collector is 15 tons and a 95-centimeter duct tube forms the path, and the diameter of the chimney is also 1 meter and its height is 11 meters.”
