Commerce Deputy

 

This department is responsible for managing the commercial, trade, and contractual processes within the organization. The main goal of this department is to maximize the company’s profitability by increasing sales and reducing commercial and trade costs.

 

Some of the duties of the Commerce Department include:

Assessing and selecting suppliers and contractors, including evaluating their proposed quality and prices, and negotiating commercial and trade contracts with them.

Managing the process of issuing pro forma invoices, invoices, and trade documents related to the import and export of goods.

Determining exchange rates and controlling currency inventory within the company.

Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts with domestic and foreign companies and customers.

Examining and drafting domestic and foreign trade laws and regulations to better implement commercial transactions.

Analyzing the market and competitors to predict market trends and increase sales and profitability of the company.

Providing commercial consulting services to other departments of the company to improve the company’s commercial status.
